Success Resources (SR) was founded over 27 years ago and is the world's largest education seminar company. Annually we host and produce 500+ entrepreneurial events across 37 countries including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, South Africa, USA, Europe, Middle East, South America, and the UK. SR will empower 350,000+ entrepreneurs this year alone and have impacted 12 million people over its history.

Richard Tan
Founder + Chairman
- Co-founded Success Resources (SR) in 1992
- Under his leadership, SR has become one of the leading global providers of educational resources & seminars, impacting 12M people across 37 countries/territories
- SR has attracted internationally acclaimed speakers for its events, including Robert Kiyosaki, Michael Porter and former US President Bill Clinton
- Richard was awarded the prestigious Phoenix Award by the government of Singapore in 2003, Fast Tech 500 Award by Deloitte & Touche in 2005 & 2008, and Top CEO of the Year in 2017.
Veronica Tan
Founder + Group General Manager
- Co-founded Success Resources with Richard Tan in 1992
- Holds over 25 years’ experience in entrepreneurship, sales, marketing and business leadership
- Oversees the operations for Singapore, Malaysia, China, Europe and South Africa
- Veronica's mission is to be a force in helping individuals, enterprises, and organizations to succeed. She believes in life-long learning and with Success Resources she works to establish this culture globally.
Michael Burnett
CEO
- Highly experienced producer and promoter of large-scale personal and business development events across the globe
- In addition to introducing the world’s most renowned experts, authors and speakers to attendees in multiple countries
- Responsible for expanding SR into profitable new markets and territories
- Oversees management and information systems, direct sales and marketing systems
